Garco Financial currently has an active pipeline of strategic regional "platform" agencies, stand alone office and various fold-in agency and book of business acquisition prospects.  Some of the notable projects we are currently negotiating:

PROJECT 1
 

Located in the Southeast United States, this firm is a well established and very successful agency with more than $15 million in annual revenues.  Its current owners and leaders are looking for a liquidity event involving the sale of some of their equity now but wish to retain significant ownership and continue to run the business.  They seek a capital partner that will help them more quickly expand by funding their strategic acquisitions and growth initiatives.

PROJECT 2
 

This agency is a second generation firm with more than $6 million in annual revenues located on the west coast of the U.S.  Specializing in insurance for dentists, doctors, CPAs and attorneys, they have an excellent reputation and a loyal, long-term client base.  The current majority owner is planning his eventual retirement in 3 - 5 years and is looking for the right capital partner to buy his stake and help him perpetuate the agency while growing it significantly (and thereby increase his sale proceeds) before he chooses to scale back his involvement.

PROJECT 3

 

A specialist in contract surety bonds, this west coast agency has over $2.5 million in annual revenue and bonds premier contracting and construction clients throughout the U.S.  The current owners seek to sell the majority of their equity now but retain some ownership.  They wish to stay involved and join forces with a strong capital partner that will help them grow.  Ideally, they are looking to become the national surety practice for an agency with deep P&C construction resources to help them cross sell their client base.

PROJECT 4
 

This agency, located in the Northeast United States and producing $2 million in annual revenue, is a third generation enterprise focused on commercial lines and high net worth personal lines clients.  Among their niches are attorneys and other professionals requiring professional liability and E&O / D&O / Cyber coverages.  The principal owner wishes to continue to run and expand the business in conjunction with a capital partner that can help fund their considerable acquisition opportunities in the territory.
